VINCENT JAMES BIOGRAPHY
"Vincent
James" Pietrafesa was born August 15, 1978 in Port Chester,
NY.
I began making people laugh at a young age. My brother and I came
from a divorced family, so laughter was what got us through some
of the tough times.
Known as the Class Clown, I would constantly make
people laugh and put on shows for my friends. I was very active
in school plays and usually took on small comedic roles that would
get huge laughs. I have been putting on shows since I was eight
years old, and have been making people laugh ever since.
High School
Produced, wrote and directed "Larry's Life"
a sitcom about a nerd getting by in High School. I think
we had two episodes, but everyone seemed to like it...
College
Graduated from Oswego State University of New
York where I studied Communications and Mass Media as well as Broadcasting
and Theatre.
Co-Hosted a show called "Movie Stew", that reviewed Movies
for WTOP the campus TV station.
President and Member of Sigma Phi Epsilon National
Fraternity.
Post College / Present
Played the role of the "Hustler" in
Six Degrees of Separation through the Port Chester Council of the
Arts.
Member of the Village Players Theatre Group's production of "All
that Jazz" at the Village Inn.
First Open Mic performance: February 2003.
Performed first show on April 21, 2003 at the
New York Comedy Club and it went great...
Since then, I have performed all over New York City, Westchester,
and Connecticut.
